Donate
Together we can translate law and data into climate action.
CCCA is a non-profit foundation (stichting) established under Dutch law, so every cent of every donation contributes to furthering our mission, and depending on your country’s tax laws, your donations may be tax-deductible.
CCCA has been granted ANBI (tax-exempt) status by the Dutch tax authorities. Our RSIN is 858506919.
Our affiliate, CCCA Brazil, is a non-profit association established under Brazilian law, and granted tax-exempt status by the Brazilian tax authorities. Our CNPJ is 61.249.890/0001-64.
CCCA is certified by NGOSource as equivalent to a certified public charity for purposes of US tax law. This certification is valid through 31 December 2026. CCCA Brazil also has its own equivalency determination certification, which is valid through 31 December 2027.

Your Support
Your donation will help us trigger climate action through our work with front-line communities, NGOs, public authorities, and experts to:
- Collect information, including through our network of partners.
- Analyse information against applicable legal standards and climate commitments.
- Share actionable case files with law enforcement authorities, advocacy NGOs and corporate actors.
